Fıstıkzade products have a team of marketing and sales all of whom have been trained within Antepi İç ve Dış Ticaret A.Ş. and are university graduates. It has a wide network of marketing including its Turkey coordinator, world sales director, logistics director and translators. Its franchising system has been innovated as the marketing technology of the Fıstıkzade system and designed in line with the win-win model by thinking outside of the box. Apart from the team involved in retail sales within Gaziantep,Turkey Coordinator is in charge of the franchising system and stores while the World Sales Director runs the global export business.
