Aiming to introduce the baklavas that it produces and then market them, it has also achieved to be first Gaziantep-based baklava producer in Turkey which grants a franchise. Setting its market strategy as the whole world, Fıstıkzade started running its first concept store with a large ceremony. CHEFS PREPARED. Gaziantep baklavas and Ottoman tamarind sherbet which are meticulously prepared by the most famous baklava chefs in the city were served to the guests during the ceremony. Cutting the opening ribbon, Metropolitan Mayor Fatma Şahin told that green golden pistachio baklava is one of the most important cities.
