What are the Fıstıkzade Franchising Concepts?

 

There are 3 concepts in Fıstıkzade Franchising system. The features and application areas for each concept have been divided. Also, the criteria for each concept differ from each other.

1- Store

Space defined as the Fıstıkzade Store concept includes an independent workplace (rental or owned).The project to be drawn by Fıstıkzade Architect is to be prepared to reveal the unity of the concept in practice by taking into account the measurements (relievo) of the store. The practice is left to the initiative of the Franchisee on the condition of sticking with the project. Alt Franchising has specified a one time entry fee for each store. One of the assurance alternatives written on the contract should absolutely be fulfilled. Architectural project and software to be written for the follow-up of certain activities such as product mobility, sales and order shall be covered by franchising. In this cooperation based on the signing of Alt Franchising contract, thr prtoduct supply costs are created to have 25-35% of product margin on average. The consumables such as a box, bag, tray box are provided free of charge; extra packaging materials and other brand consumables are procured on the supply price and shall not be subject to any profit. Logistics and Transportation cost are excluded from the product price. The trays in which baklavas are shipped shall be considered to be returnable. The trays that are returned shall be offsetted based on the determined supply costs. The cooperation valid for 5 years in the first contract shall automatically extend upon the consent of both parties. No entry fee shall be charged for the same store. No share is claimed based on the turnover.

2- Kiosk

Described as Fıstıkzade Kiosk, this concept is designed as a portable space for outdoors and indoors such as a shopping mall. It presents an advantageous investment cost in the form of a kiosk concept designed and produced by Fıstıkzade. An entry fee is defined to be charged one time. One of the assurance alternatives written on the contract shall absolutely be fulfilled. Architectural project and software to be written for the follow-up of certain activities such as product mobility, sales and order shall be covered by franchising. Defined as Fıstıkzade Corner, this concept is designed as an application that is embedded into an exting concept or space, presenting a sales opportunity with Fıstıkzade brand. Architectural project and software to be written for the follow-up of certain activities such as product mobility, sales and order shall be covered by franchising. 6 Step Franchising Process

 

When you want to become a part of Fıstıkzade family, you can see all the steps you shall take starting from today till the opening day.

1. Making an Application and Evaluation

An application may be made via phone or mail as well as online. After receiving the application, it is evaluated by the Franchising Department within two days maximum. Following the completion of the required evaluations, the prospective franchisee is given an appointment by the Franchising Department within two days and a face to face visit is realized. During this meeting, the prospective franchisee is provided detailed information on the participation.

2. Evaluation and Sharing of the Feasibility Report

If your application is considered positive, the real estate you think is appropriate for the store is visited and an on-site evaluation is made within two days. The feasibility study for the prospective estate is completed by the Franchising Department within one day. The characteristics, advantages and disadvantages of the region are identified. Whether positive or negative, the report prepared as a result of the feasibility study is shared with the prospective franchisee within two days

3. Signing of the Franchise Contract

The list of documents required for the signing of the franchising contract is submitted to the franchisee. Following the completion of the list of documents, five-year franchising contract is signed.The franchise cost is deposited to an account opened on behalf of Antepi İç ve Dış Ticaret at the same time with signature and then the next step is the architectural drawing for the architectural project. 

4. Drawing of the Architectural Project and Initiating the Application

One day after the contract, Architect or the Franchisee gets the relievo and the concept to be applied is identified. The architectural project is drawn in the shortest period of time (The project is drawn only by Fıstıkzade architecture team.) The preference for the architectural practice belongs to Franchisee. If requested, it may be fulfilled within the framework of conditions to be determined by Fıstıkzade Architecture team.

5. Personnel Hiring and Training

The required list of employees and the qualifications for the store to be opened are indicated by the Fıstıkzade Department of Human Resources. The training of the entire team including the business runner's, in particular, is completed in 2 days under the supervision and monitor of our consultant. (If deemed necessary, the personnel hiring may be completed by the Human Resources).

 

6. Preparation of the Advertisement and Promotion Materials and Opening

Prior to the opening, printed advertisement materials for Fıstıkzade store such as a brochure, magnet, promotional leaf etc are designated by Fıstıkzade design team and delivered to the store. Up until 1 day before the store is opened, the first orders are prepared and shipped by the production on behalf of the entrepreneur. The store controlled by the operation team before the opening starts the sale with the store support team.
